In Gapasai we propose a balanced, seasonal menu every night, with local products and our vegetable garden; designed to enjoy the variety of wines from our Cave and a relaxed atmosphere.
We work with wild products such as the tuna, the loop, the ulua and the physalis, the molle, carob, chañar, mistol, piquillin, moradillo, pennyroyal, palo amarillo, marcela, paico, suico, peperina, pine and coconut mushrooms, purslane, quinoa and wild asparagus among others.
Fish from nearby rivers such as tararira, carp, boga, sábalo and pejerrey.
Also live river shrimp. Game preserve meats like the pigeon.
